Yeah its the rubber stopper stuck on the brake...

Yeah its the rubber stopper stuck on the brake paddle which presses the switch ,so if this piece falls off the switch is always released like as though ur pressing the brake paddle .Just stick...

Gunk at bottom of tank

Its impossible to have gunk cause when you pull up for a refill it take jsut about two to three minutes to fill up to a good 16 gals .16 gals in3 minutes so imagine the force at with gas is poured...

I once replaced the pads without using these...

I once replaced the pads without using these clips there used to be a loud noise while reversing .So i refixed with these clips and the noise was gone

Dj ,i think this is a waste ,well you know the amout of dirt that air stock pulls in ,your fan is mounted before the filter ....so your 100+ CFM fan will die in no time and will need replacement...

Just check the belt or may may be the power...

Just check the belt or may may be the power steering pump has a leak .Suggest you to replace the belt along with the power steering pump kit which consists of gaskets o ring and what not
