I still haven't figured this out. It is very annoying! When I add Seafoam, it helps but does not cure the problem. Could this be a MAF problem?

Well the main difference is that the cheaper Warpspeed pipes (like the group deal) are aluminized steel and budget is stainless. The stainless is more rust resistant than the aluminized steel pipes....
