If you run a 3 or 5mm spacer in the rear you should then have no clearance issues. My 225/50's used to rub on the rear strut (chewing up the aspect ratio portion of the tires & a burning rubber...

Indeed. The more time it spends idling, the more fuel is burned traveling 0 miles..reducing overall mpgs. I understand what you mean about the heavy foot thing too. My max has 309k on it now and...

Haha, yeah. It's possible to get 31 mpgs you just have to be very disciplined with your right foot AND minimal idle time..can stretch those miles even further.

I've achieved 30mpgs on the max a couple times..doing like 80%hwy driving, between 60-65..was able to stretch 375 miles on 12.4 gallons of fuel..which honestly means I could have gone about 420 maybe...

Bought my first car..

I now strictly go to Shell and only do 89 or 93..mostly 93.

Unless an emergency, I'll fill up at a station with 10% ethanol..but then my mpg's go down.

I wonder..Eibach lowering springs with Tokico HP Series struts. Sound like a good combo?
I see the koni's are like 700 for all 4 corners...whereas the tokico's are like 350 for all 4 corners.
