There is no fuse just for that small information display. If the entire guage cluster goes out then you can start looking at fuses.

Thanks! Glad I'm not the only one that feels that way. 1/4 stubby ratchet is definitely the way to go. Don't know how anything else could fit to remove the front bracket bolts.

Can't say for sure but if the motor works fine in low and high speed modes the motor is probably fine. I would suspect the switch, but there are other possible causes of this problem such as the BCM.
