This is for '04-'06 Maximas with the 4spd/5spd auto.

Sorry buddy, but your 04 is not a CVT. The issue we're dealing with has to do with the 4spd/5spd auto transmissions in the 04-06 year Maximas. Maximas started using CVT from '07 and on.

I have a shaking issue on the freeway but it's not dependent on the gas pedal. It does it at certain speeds and more so if I start to apply the brakes. Could that be the struts or the alignment?

I drove an integra gsr lowered 3 inches with an AEM CAI for 4 years and never had issues with water. The filter was literally inches above the ground in the fender well too. Just don't be an idiot...
