You can google the procedure. If you dont have any exhaust leaks it should work.
Something about driving the car for like 10mins when it's at full operating...

Changing the solenoid or sensor wont fix it.
They'll eventually need to re-do the job if an oil change doesnt get rid of the code.

I drive an 07 altima se with cvt and sadly only drive 15-20miles a day to work all city driving.
Mpg has never gone past 13 and I'm lucky if I get 240miles out of a tank of gas.

Hmm...no idea why you guys arent getting any codes but the fix for your limp mode you are experiencing is one of the below listed.

Camshaft sensors
Line pressure solenoid
Vehicle speed sensor

The 0011 if left unfixed for a while will cause an 0430 and soon you'll get an 0420 and several o2 sensor codes will come and go.
