I installed an Apex'i WS cat back on my '96 GXE and i love it except that i have had some problems.

It dosent fit right under the bumper - It sits too high and to the left. The arms extend out...

I had a crack(~ 2 inches) in one of my rims (different set then i have now), and i took it to a muffler shop that my tire guy refurred me to. they welded it back together and i rode on it for probly...

back to the design....what if you, just after the split, on the HAI side - install something similar to the trottle body that only opens and closes at a given RPM. It should not be that hard to run...

I had a similar issue after installing my brand...

I had a similar issue after installing my brand new rims. Turned out i had a rim that was out of round. They exchanged it and it has been fine ever since.
