Everyone seems to talking about Cool Blues... I have the Silver Stars wich run about $50 for a pair of 9004s at Autozone. They are way brighter and way whiter and have just a hint of blue/purple....

It doesn't make any difference how "custom" your intake is, the ECU cuts off fuel to the engine at 6500 RPM. The only way to get to 7000 is with a modded ECU... My guess is that your tach is...

If you look under the hood, just inboard (toward center of car) and below master cylinder, you can see the ABS controller (if you have ABS). It is a silver device with numerous steel brake lines...
