Recently swapped the diff and got new wheels & tires. Still working on the stereo. M50 manifold swap coming up.

The starters have different numbers of teeth on their gear.

Also, the 5th Gen starter went right onto the 4th Gen and is working perfectly.

5th Gen starter on a 4th Gen?

Will the starter from a VQ30 5th Gen (a 2000 model) work on a 1995?

Both are auto trans.

If I needed to use it, I can just pop the Sportster out of the cradle. I never have used it though.

Keeping a lower profile overall was much more important that access to the pocket.

I'm borrowing an old old old Fosgate Series 1 to get me by until I pick a new sub.
