It was not standard on the 2000 GXE. I believe the 2000 GLE had the cabin filter and not sure about the SE.

Fan motor failure is a common 2K problem. Replace the entire fan assembly yourself for $100 and see if the problem is solved.

Edit: Found OEM switch online for $62 shipped. Far cheaper than a wiper motor.
