Thanks for the ideas! To clarify, it’s just a little less noticeable in reverse than drive, but both are not as quiet as neutral/park.

Thanks JoshG. I repaired my current ones temporarily and will keep an eye out for clears on eBay. Saw the smoked ones but not a fan. Hopefully OP sees this and sells me his :-)
