Tried doing it much slower this time but to no avail, still can't get hazzards to flash. Anything else I can do besides bring car to dealer?

Key FOB programming

Hi, I have a 2000 Maxima and I'm trying to program a new key fob to replace mine with a broken lock button. To the best of my knowledge I must insert key in ignition 8 times in 10 seconds w/ doors...

Couldn't you theoretically run the remote wire from an add a fuse in the fuse box that turns on with key on? Didn't have a chance to work on the system today , was working on clay bar
