just remember to loosen the tensioner on the power steering pump you need to turn the bolt clockwise. its reverse threaded. the drive belt is threaded normal. so counterclockwise for the idle...

I say no. You need to get to it under the car and in cramped area. I'm not even sure if the rack can stay on the car. you might need to take it off.

OEM. the EBAY radiator supports are just too flimsy. I did the job twice. Not worth it. Just get OEM, paint, clear coat, then undercoat it.
