Ok... I peeled the yellow off. So they are back to clear. I just found out one tab is broken on one fog, but imo and my experience with them it doesnt affect the stability cuz it still has one bolt...

A dek swap is not a 2002 engine. Its a 00-01 engine.
Its probably your idle air control valve causing the bouncing.
