hesitating or backfire not sure

I have a 96 max with de-k swap. I bought the car with a 2002 motor in it already. Now my problem I have is when the car is on D and im at a stop sign or red light it feels like it's backfiring or trying to stay on. Idle jumps up n down constantly. When it's on park or while driving it feels normal. I have checked the coilpacks with the method of taking it out while the car is on to see the idle difference. I did clean the throttle body also. I installed a ground kit not much of a change in idle when the car is on D. I also cleaned out the catalic converter out clean. Still no difference. Any suggestion?
I have not change the fuel filter but it's only a yr old.

Any ideas or suggestion would be great. I would try anything you guys throw at me.

Few things...

A dek swap is not a 2002 engine. Its a 00-01 engine.
Its probably your idle air control valve causing the bouncing.
