Could also be a sign that the wheel bearings are going although I think you would feel it before reaching 70 mph. Anyway something to else to check if the wheel balance and alignment don't help.

When you replaced the filter you probably had the entire fuel pump assembly out. You basically go through the same procedure to remove the filter but go a few steps further to get at the pump itself....
