Thanks. I saw that one, but adding hood lifts is beyond the amont of effort I want to devote to this project, especially if it can indeed be done with factory parts, or no additional parts at all.

After searching, it seems that Nissan makes a larger torsion bar for the spoiler-equipped Max's, but nobody seemed to know if the smaller ones are splined and can be adjusted for additional tension....
