In all 3 installs, I never cut or grinded ANYTHING.

These headers fit 100% perfect with the exception being the rear 02 location...

To be honest, even if you got 2 of the 4 holes lined up, as long as they are diagonal, you'll be fine and create a good seal. Yeah ill def post pics of the 3.5 setup.

^^^ yeah thats what happened to mine. Idle was too low. Brought the screw out on the TB to hold the plate open a little longer and the IACV took it from that point on.
