Hydrolocked...happened to me when a pintel cap broke dumping loads of fuel into cylinder. But you have no fuel pressure now..
did you put voltage to the 2 pin connector yet? That would be my guess...

If you're talking about the PS belt, the tensioner is up above the DS axle, use a 10mm socket to adjust iirc, but be sure you first loosen the locking nut which is a 12 or 14mm.......

Temp gauge going down when driving?

I changed my valve covers (3.5 swap). Going to work my temp gauge went to normal and stayed there for a while. Then I noticed the needle going down. Any clues here?

Doesn't the tb have a plunger that judges temperature via the coolant in the uim, and holds the butterfly open when cold and closes when warm? This is why rpm is higher during warmup.
