Blown head gasket probably. How's it running? Get that oil out and fix the problem ASAP, that gunk wont lubricate your bearings very well.

I found the source of the noise. It was a black cylinder (relay?) thing up behind the fuse panel. There were two of them separated by a harness of some type. It was the higher of the two relays.

Is it clicking really fast? Sounds like either your starter is fubar, your solenoid is shot, or you have a few missing teeth on your flywheel. Try rocking the car a bit in gear.

Some people have welded a peice of metal in place of that rubber bar, but I would not do so unless you have upgraded motor mounts.
