I had the same issue. It is most likely a bad ignition coil. The OBDII reading should be able to tell you which cylinder is misfiring. Just check the spark plug to make sure it isnt too crudded up...

so i guess it wont matter as long as the filter on the HU is as good as the AMP's. In my case I'm looking at 12dB/octave on both. I guess if the amp had a better crossover then i could be b!tching...

To be honest, I really don't know much about time alignment or auto eq. features and when they would even be used. That being said, I think that the CD3200 might be better suited for my application....
