If you have the via plate from NWP you do not need the Kinetix intake! Overkill and same thing. No gain....not even bragging rights. I had almost all the same mods as you except I had the front strut...

I would...looks clean well taken care of...usually when you see interiors and exteriors as clean as this it means that the car was properly cared for. I had a 2005 Maxima which I kept until March...

I change my spark plugs from Platinum to NKG...

I change my spark plugs from Platinum to NKG Iridiums and I'm sure there is a HP gain with these! Iridium plugs are also a lot more expensive then the stock plugs. I wouldn't change the coilpacks...

The dealer can tell you this...but I don't see why not...that part except for the rear hasn't changed much...even the rear...mostly in the middle. So I would say yes.

I thought I could get away with selling the car before anything needed attention but I guess I was wrong. I hit a speed bump bad the other day and maybe it knocked something loosed in the exhaust....
