Cefiro A31 - is not analog of J30 maxima. It stay near Skyline R31 in nissan model line. linear 6 cilinder engine RB-series, skyline-stile suspension etc... And body has too many differenc with J30...

Early i find this TSB in tis forum, 1 or 2 years agow, but now search function is stopped :-(

This procedure is known to me, but i read some time agow nissan TSB, about this. Now i miss link to this TSB.

The air bleed port plug dont bleed all air bulbs. And nissan recomend lift...

of Maxima J30 VG30E.
I know, what nissan publish a special TSB about this. And standart bolt for bleed sysstem does not work properly.
Please, give me a link to this TSB if you know.
