No - I don't think I have damaged the cat - I run it for a few minutes max. As far as injector seating, I thing that is not an issue, I can not smell any gas in the engine - all smell in the tail...

Finally got round to attempting a repair. Found the source of the problem, injector on cylinder 2 seems to have lost some part, and part of the o-ring was peeking out.

Anyways, cleaned up LIM...

However, the camera did not help any - after I got the LIM out, it was right there in plain sight - so I was able to fish it out using a magnetic tool....

Also - there are no codes - P0325 (knock sensor) has been on for 8-10 years. I did buy a knock sensor ages back, but with Cali Spec, it was impossible to replace without removing intake manifold...
