The white smoke is most likely from a bunch of oil still left in the exhaust from the blown turbo. I helped a friend replace a turbo with a broken shaft in a Volvo and it smoked for a little while...

i was using 555 injectors(no fmu) with the 2.62 pulley (15psi) . And i was only taking 3 or 5 % off with the vafc in the mid range.

When I did my swap I shaved it till it was about flush with the tranny. Btw sard fpr suck monkey nuts. I had one and it wouldn't stop leaking and I eventually broke the fitting in it

It cost a little more to run the setup i did but i think its worth it not having to worry about ruber hoses and clamps.
