I removed the third brake light (rear window) when I had the dealer install the OEM spoiler. Inside the box that the spoiler came in there were instructions and a part number for the flat panel cover...

Information on the 2011 is now available at Nissan USA

Toured through the Nissan Website today, and found that they have released the information on the 2011 Max - give it a look (http://www.nissanusa.com/maxima/)- I did and not much has changed...

By far the best spoiler I have seen on the .org - I prefer the oem lip on my SE, but if I had an SL, I would certainly look into this one. Good luck and post pics when you get the install completed.
