Manual trans.... shifter really hard to move in neutral position............

I can no longer easily move it back and forth when it's in neutral. It's kind of just stuck there dead in the center and i can jerk it back and forth but it takes a lot of effort..

i can still go...

Any difference between CALI and FED spec exhausts other than Y-pipe?

I know the Y-pipes are different between the two in number of pre-cats or O2 sensors. Also, exhaust manifolds.

But is there any difference in the catalytic converters, B-pipes and Mufflers?

the gauge just works that way.. it's not very accurate..
