plus one for lower ball joint. I had this too, mine got alot worse with time though. you may have a problem with the strut bearings too. This would explain why it doesnt do it without load.

you need the 23mm. anyone who is wary of doing this swap shouldnt be changing their own oil. This was the easiest job ive done in a LONG time. looks much more difficult than it is.
