plus one for lower ball joint. I had this too, mine got alot worse with time though. you may have a problem with the strut bearings too. This would explain why it doesnt do it without load.

As mentioned, MAF could be culprit, but typically doesnt cause misfire. I would check injectors as well. You may also want to elaborate on "miss"...

you need the 23mm. anyone who is wary of doing this swap shouldnt be changing their own oil. This was the easiest job ive done in a LONG time. looks much more difficult than it is.

Try contacting MOOG. Most manufacturers are fairly open to knowledge about what needs changing on their products. I know my company is.
