Make sure the bulbs you buy are rated for 12 Volts. regular LED's are rated 3 Volts. they will burn in the blink of an eye if loaded with 12 volts.

Looks like the dust shield. Just rip it off (tear or cut out the metal) so it does not make contact with the rotor. You dont need it that much.

Just unbolt the pins and pull out. Wipe the old grease. The pins should be shiny, or close to shiny: with no rust on them....

Pulsation = warped rotors. Change the rotors. The calipers may still be fine. Check and lube the pins.

Same here. I even file or grind a little bit the tabs on the pads to make them smaller, allowing the pad to move without resistance.

I had same trouble trying to reinsert the pins into the calipers. The sleeve was slipping back on the larger section of the pin, and/or get in the way.

The youtube video does not mention cleaning and relubricating the caliper slider pins. INMO this is the most important maintenance task to do, especially on rear disc brakes.

Justaguy, I dont think something can be done to prevent clogging. I would just reinstall the bolts that need to come off with antiseize on them , to make the next removal much easier and a quicker...
