the major problem you would be looking at with that is problems with the input bearings, but that would not be very loud at all. If it is really loud, you're most likely looking at an exhaust issue.

Man, its nice to see a bunch of ohio 3rd genners out there. But my max had something similar last year, i had blown out the flex pipe and when i was in a garage it sounded like a helecopter.

yeah, there is no way that a all motor ve will put out 276hp. It would be very possible however with some type of forced induction.

I blew out my flex pipe and had a sever loss in power and couldn't get it fixed for about a month. After fixing it, if felt like a brand new car.

I just but regulare red 194s in mine and they seem plenty bright. The stock bulbs have a fubber sleeve over them and that dims alot of the light. But I don't have much experience in leds, hopefully...

It would be nearly impossible unless you happened to be a master electrician. Too much rewiriing, plus you would need to modify the ecu.
