Yes. You don't need that exact piece to replace the stopper, just anything that'll fit and won't interfere with the brake pedal-- many just use a bolt/washer/nut.

You cannot put a VG30 CAI from a gen3 into a gen4 or gen5, and vice versa.

15208-65F00 is the "recommended" VQ35 filter. According to bill99gxe, the 15208-9E000 (the VQ30 filter) fits just fine and is better constructed inside.
