yes the knock sensor code plagues a lot of these cars. I replaced mine twice years ago thinking that was the problem but the code never went away. I tried all sorts of different ways to get the code...

yup when i did mine years ago i used the 5th gen...

yup when i did mine years ago i used the 5th gen injectors. worked fine.

i still have a p1130 code after changing the swirl control valve control solenoid. what else could cause the p1130 ideas ?
