If you've already done the sensors then it's the valve body in your transmission. check your fluid. If its burnt, then you'll probably need to have your transmission rebuilt or replaced.

I would do KYB struts and progress springs. Perfect ride height and at the same time not that much stiffer compared to OEM. In fact, I found my ride to be smoother after replacing the worn OEM parts.

p0420 is for a bad o2 sensor. p0507 is for a back...

p0420 is for a bad o2 sensor. p0507 is for a back cam sensor. Reset the computer and see if they come back.

6th gen auto vs 5.5 auto. Wouldn't surprise me if the 6th gen won with the updated tranny. 6 speed vs 6 speed I think the 5.5 would win simply due to weight.

Amsoil 0w30 probably is the best oil out there. I just use what ever synthetic is on a sale and a good filter; wix/amsoil/mobil/purple.

Or racing. Jmax does a lot of that. The VQ's run hot. This mod is suppose to drop the temp by 50 degrees and if it really does that, then I think its worth it.

The 7th Gen maxima has a higher compression engine in it versus previous years. Premium was recommended before, and now it is required. You're losing around 50 horsepower by running 87 in a 7th gen.

I'm sorry but I wouldn't be able to deal with that. 5 quarts after 3000 miles? That is ridiculous. I would either have my motor rebuilt or replaced if it was burning that much oil.
