You might have a small leak. Mine was leaking a small amount by the recharge valve. I tightened it using a tire valve tightener valve cap. This video should help you. Mines been good for 2 years.

You need to look at the a/c compressor clutch with the motor running and the a/c set to max. The clutch should be engaged.

The dealers estimate isn't itemized, got a quote from a engine shop $2200. With new chain and other parts. The dealer wanted $1800. I love the car but not sure it's worth the investment.

The dealers repair estimate isn't itemized. But I called a engine shop and was quoted $2200. With all new parts.

Timing chain or Alternator?

Looking for input, Nissan says $1600.00 timing chain, my shop thinks its the alternator. What do you think?

it sounds like it could still be a trans issue. They probably used a rebuilt unit which could be defective. I wouldn't pay them any more money. Speak to the service mgr.

I wonder what happens to led lights in the winter. Normal bulbs give off enough heat to melt ice and snow off the glass.

The manual doesn't say you can't use regular or a mid grade gas, its says using other than premium can decrease performance. My car runs good on mid grade or Shell regular.

I want to replace the power steering fluid on my 07 Maxima. Can anyone recommend an equivalent to Nissan Fluid. All my book says genuine Nissan fluid or dexron in Canada.

After the dealer said i had a noise from the timing chain I went to my mechanic. Using a stethoscope he said the chains are ok. He owns a 3.5 Altima.

I buy my brakes at pepboys, prostop premium. I bought the Platinum High Carbon rotors from them last year they seem good. Pep Boys has a better brake part selection than auto zone
