I'm with housecor.

I have no idea how you guys are getting the fuel mileage that you are. I get nothing near what you guys are getting. My car seems to get 12-13 litres per 100 kms (I am in...

Monster Garage is great.

You've gotta like NOPI for the ladies.

But Top Gear has got to take the honors. Tiff Needle is insane.

I would think that the G35 would hold the edge. The weight transfer to the rear upon nailing the throddle should allow the G35 to get more traction.

They both feel pretty quick.

Squeeling belts on 3.5L

I have a 2K3 with roughly 10,000 kms (6,000 miles) on it. I have now twice noticed the car making squeeling noises after being started when it is left outside in the cold (both times it was just...

squealing noise on startup

Hey guys.

I've have a 2K3 SE that is about 9 months old and has roughly 8500 kms on it (just over 5000 miles). I was out on Saturday night and when I hopped into the car and started it, the...

I've driven my friend's MazdaSpeed Protege and it felt pretty quick. It would not stand a chance against my 2K3 but would probably be a good race for a 3.0L VQ.

However, the thing handles like...

Re: intake whistles

I have a stock 2003 SE and it whistles at idle. I asked the dealer about it and he said that most 3.5Ls sound like this when new. (I've only got 6000kms on it). It does not sound damaging.

Sounds familiar.

I traded in my 98 SE 5-speed for a 2003 SE auto so that my wife could drive it. I miss the stick. (but I love the extra grunt)

The 2003 auto is a great car but the 6-speed...

Same experience here. I was cruising along at 100 km/h (60mph) in heavy rain, hit a bunch of standing water, and the whole car started to rotate. Although I was able to straighten it out, this is...

My first choice was a Ferrari 575 Maranello. But it was about 200 grand over my budget, so I settled for the Max. :D

I had a 1998 SE 5-speed and I now have an auto 2003. Launched properly, I'd guess that the 5-speed gets out of the hole a bit better but thereafter, its all about the 3.5L. I loved my 4th gen but...

I just finished reading two threads where stock 2K2 autos ran 14.8 in the quarter mile at something like 92-93 mph. There is no way that those times translate into 0-60's that slow.

I agree with...

I had a 98 SE 5-speed and I now have a 2003 SE auto. I consider myself an excellent stick driver and there is no way that the 98 could run with the new one. The 98...

The armrest in my 1998 felt more solid after 5 years than my 2003 does, which seems to have a little play in the down position.
