I checked for 12v when ignition on/ run position to red wire on crank pos, missing the >5v ref to white wire, cam phase sensor was checked for >5v signal also missing... sensors are brand new OEM...

My suggestion would have been to run a compression check considering how oily the plugs look... kinda tough to do when the engine is apart... You can perform a leak down test assuming the bottom end...

my egr valve is gone and she runs like a striped ape. bypassed that cooling line and all is good. made an egr plate where it attaches to the intake and shes good no leaks and she idles perfectly.
