It is damn quick car for it's size and price but it is not fast. Fast is my 2300lb turbo Miata.

Funny thing is, my neighbor has a 535i and he just pulls away like a Sunday drive.

What module did they use. Mine used the idatalink and it works great. Make sure they are soldering the connections instead of using twist and tape, it may have just come undone over time.

My installer used Idatalink module. You just get in and hit the brake, if the fob is in the car then you are good to go but if not then it shuts off.

Paid $170 last year for basic one button remote start. Just get in and hit the start button before you push the brake. I will get the smart start though cause basic ones have no range.
