Nope as soon as I turn the key to accessory it...

Nope as soon as I turn the key to accessory it jumps to 15 mph and when I turn it off it slowly drops to about 3-5 mph so it never really reaches 0 anymore. I haven't had the time to look at it cause...

searched the webz it could be the water pump? or your overflow resevior tank has a crack in it, or you have a small crack in your radiator that swells shut under pressure and leaks when cooling, also...

its pulley!!! lol as far as that coolant goes is it leaking from the resevior, i would check that first. also check to see if you hear a hissing when it gets warmed up when you have the engine...

I know right the front two rotors are own and the back two were drilled an the pads were backwards on the rear two lol it was f'd up

I'm gonna say wheel hub assembly as well. that happened on my old eclipse. I used the slide hammer to get it off and it came off in 2 pieces and the bearings were crushed.
