96 with 168000 . knock sensor , radiator support , struts , all redone with new control arms , end links , ball joints, bushings , struts , mounts , new boots for rack and pinnnions , all new rotors...

makes sense if you sold your old vq and i have 155 on mine so still could get a decent amount for it . I'd imagine you'd have to maybe throw some new brake calipers/rotors, etc considering the hp...

I think that to make the Maxima stand out like it...

I think that to make the Maxima stand out like it did in '89 you would have to make the new Maxima available with a turbocharger , say 10k more than the base model.

Check your battery , starter , then alternator . First though check your battery cables. All those parts you replaced have nothing to do with turning the car over .

Would love to apart of the swap club too , I've done a lot of replacing and the big step now would be the engine and transmission. I'm curious to know what the damage would be , I'm guessing around...

Id go to amazon, haven't been disappointed with any part and they have the best return policy on the net . a 12mm hinge socket with two feet of extensions and a magnet , good luck .

I was doing a routine inspection the other day and noticed that there is a slow leak from the camshaft position sensor, the sensor is filthy , but I was just hoping the there is nothing internally...
