Can anyone point me to the "sticky" that provides an overview on how to drain and replace the manual trans oil in a '99 Max.? I'd prefer to do it from the actual drain plug and not some reverse...

To test if the valve is bad or not.. Just take it out (remove all three hoses from it) and blow some air from your mouth at the end where there is just one pipe. If air comes out at the other end...

Egr

The main "hose" that needed cleaning was the small metal pipe connector in the front. I removed this one and squirted lots of nasty stuff out. Used brake cleaner with no residual left. Good luck!
