I have a 4th Gen max. I am getting a whining noise from the back bose speakers when the car is on. I have a aftermarket cd player. The crazy thing is when i have all the wires hooked up and ground....

I have a 96 nissan maxima with Boss system. I put a aftermarket cd player in and two subs. I am getting a whistling sound when the car is on, but when the car is off, there is no high pitch whistle....
