rear breaks

okay. replacing my rear brakes and i can't get the brake piston to retract. is there a trick or could it be that the brake cylinder is shot and i'm gonna have to get my mechanic to do it.

yesterday when i went out to warm up my car, i noticed there were spots were my car had leaked something, so i pulled the car forward and low and behold it was my anti-freeze and transmission fluid...
