i'm having cranking problems too...turns strong but just won't fire up unless I mash the gas and even then its a sloppy start often with a squealing belt....I'm wondering if changin out my plugs will...

I know that this is pretty late, but it could be a faulty neutral switch.....I had similiar problems that were hard to diagnose. Finally figured out that when i went in reverse is when the fuse...
