If you were going to put it under the front seat id say yes, but the rear I wouldnt even bother.
The fronts atleast have 5-6" room under the seats and an A/C vent right there as well.

Why not try a small sealed box? You dont need to have a multiple sub or giant ported box. In most cases 1 sealed 12 in a 1cu ft box fed 400-600 watts is plenty & wont take up a large amount of space....
