Thanks, I'll double check that, but I don't think that's it. Last month or so was the last time I checked it and it was near the max.

BTW, the pedal feels fine and the ABS has been working fine...

IMO, this doesn't warrant its own thread and search didn't turn anything up.

The last couple of months I've noticed my ABS light flickering during startup, but it turns off once the engine starts....

They go back and forth on the units in the FSM, so for DIYs who don't do this too often, it would be nice that the icons be different colors instead of negative images of each other.

Could be. My 01 FSM is slightly different and it doesn't mention the cooling system. BTW, the 10 steel pan bolts need to be torqued to 82 to 94 ft-lbs.

Page 10-21 of the owners manual has the "READINESS FOR INSPECTION/MAINTENANCE (I/M) TEST" steps. The P0420 is likely the black wired O2 sensor (B1S2, IIRC).
