This morning while goind to work I noticed my break light on. Atr first I thought I still had my e-brake on, but it was all the way down. So as soon as I get to work I realized that I was a little low on break fluid so I borrowed some from a friend (DOT 3). I added and the light went off. My only concern is that I have blue break fluid that I purchased when I swapped my rottors, pads, and break lines. I think its called ATE Dot blue racing fluid. Is it bad to mix regular break fluid with the stuff I already have in the car?

No, other than probably lowering the boiling point of the ATE Super Blu ever so slightly and having green fluid.
The real question is, where did the fluid in the reservoir go? Do you have a leak or are the pads worn down so much that the reservoir got low?
That is a good question. I did replace my brake line a while back since it was leaking from the area it threads on to the line that goes into the engine bay. Since then I put about 10K miles on the car, so I'm assuming brake wear has to be the reason why I had low fluid. My fluid level was near the low line since I only a little bit of fluid left when I replaced the brake line. I did inspect the drive way for any leaks, but saw nothing. I'm sure my car is not leaking, otherwise I would see it on the driveway.
