Nah, not the rear window shade although I did had to get that replaced as well while it was (luckily) still under warranty. I certainly haven't had good luck with shades on my car =/

Thanks for the replies everyone! I still haven't had any luck finding just the clip. Called my local Nissan dealership just to see what they'd say about labor charges to put the whole sunroof visor...
