wow.. never heard of a car actually turning itself back on after it dies.... still rolling im assuming? did you hook the batteries up directly when you jumped your buddies car? its possible to damage...

grats on getting the job done. my cousin took mine out to have it tested in about 20 mins with minimal tools and just some jack stands. looked to be fairly easy without removing any other major parts...

I use my parking brake all the time on my 96 max...

I use my parking brake all the time on my 96 max and I haven't ever had this problem even in Chicago winters... hope it doesn't start..
