You won't believe this, but when I bought my 1999 Max, the speedometer was off 10 MPH (checked against my GPS). I took the cluster out of the dash (not hard), and GENTLY pushed the needle back a little to the proper position. WOrks fine now, and is right on the money. To get it fixed, or re-calibrated, it may cost $175-$225 to send it out to someone with the proper tools. Give it a try, just be careful. Worked for me.

If you had the chance to change the Y pipe or adding headers with a new Y pipe, would you?

Recently I came accross a Y pipe from Warpspeed and found another that comes with the headers for the same price. I'm just wondering if it will be worth replacing the exhuast manifold too. Any thoughts.

I like the Stillen kit. Sence your hood is messed up, you should think about a carbon fiber hood.
