FYI - Somethings amiss with the maxima.org home page. It looks like its in javascript while setting up the page. I saw several vbulletin get requests active and it may be hanging in the facebook pull. I can't get the front page to open using firefox or Chrome. IE seems ok. Chrome is the real issue since can't get in with my Nook tablet.

It has taken me an hour to get through the links in the forums to get hold of an administrator to address the problems I've experiencing on the forums.

The pages are taking 1-4 minutes to load, if they do. Sometimes I have to hit refresh or cancel to get them to go ahead and just display what's been loaded. Maxima.org has been tremendously slow since about mid-day Friday. I was on it earlier Friday and it was lightning fast as normal.

I want to emphasize, this is NOT on my end. I have been accessing the internet on many other sights, even today, and I am having no issues anywhere else on the web. It appears the .org server is only sending data about every 20-45 seconds...in spurts (as observed through my DSL indicator lights). It will do this several times before the page will begin to load, then a couple more before the full page will present itself. I did try to read the Announcements and stuff, but there is no current information about the forums being down, having maintenance, or anything else. Otherwise, I wouldn't be bothering you.

I even tried to delete my cookies and stuff, no change. Not sure what else to do. Thanks!
